Soup Dumpling Class on Zoom, live from NYC!

Due to request, my Soup Dumpling Workshop is back for the fall!

I don't know about you, but come autumn I'm going to be craving soup dumplings like crazy. Even if you don't have good soup dumpling spots in your area, you can still learn how to make them at home with ease!

I have a brand new streamlined version of the class, which originally spanned 2-days. In this express version, I'll teach you how to make broth that doesn't take 6 to 8 hours. We'll also cover the basics of soup making, wrapping, and steaming. And we'll answer that age-old perplexing question: How do you get soup inside a dumpling?
