Happy July 4th!

This week I'm taking a little breather from recipe testing for my birthday and the 4th. It'll be the first long weekend off from work I've had in a while, so I'm excited to explore more of New York and its surroundings. It's funny how you can call a city home for 9 years and still find plenty to be surprised and delighted by.
