Chinese New Year Dinner, Jan 21st

When I was a kid, Chinese New Year was my second favorite holiday, right behind Christmas. Merely a month after all the December gifts and festivities, as kids we would get not only lucky red envelopes full of spending money but also two weeks of huge feasts and dim sum outings. What could be better?

Though the lucky envelopes largely disappear in adulthood, we still get to celebrate with big feasts that last long into the night. So come celebrate with me on January 21st, just before the start of the Lunar New Year. I'll be the guest chef at an all-inclusive Chinese New Year Supper Club Dinner at Ted and Amy Supper Club, one of my favorite places in Brooklyn. We're offering a four-course dinner with wine and a welcome cocktail. And of course, plenty of good company. These events tend to sell out quickly, so reserve your spot early!
